Qigong, Mindfulness and Journaling with Amanda and Susan
Forest Spa at Torrisdale Castle
The International Day of Peace is observed around the world each year on 21st September. Established in 1981 by a United Nations resolution, Peace Day provides a globally shared date for all humanity to commit to Peace above all differences and to contribute to building a Culture of Peace. It is also the day of the equinox, of equal day and night, yang and yin.
Qigong Teacher Susan Coon (West Coast Wuji) and Mindfulness Practitioner Amanda Scott would like to invite you to celebrate this auspicious day with us at Torrisdale Castle, near Carradale, Kintyre’s newest retreat centre.
We offer the opportunity to immerse yourself in this day of self care through physical and emotional release, improved mental focus and connection with nature.
We will offer you a morning session of grounding, breathing and five seasons energy work culminating in a healing sounds qigong session in the stunning geodesic dome.
Following a lunch of your choice (either bring your own or enjoy something from the delicious café menu) the mindfulness and journaling session will focus on developing a compassionate and peaceful relationship with oneself, in order to widen the circle of compassion and peace in our lives. Then enjoy a mindful silent walk through beautiful mature Castle grounds to the forest spa to enjoy a hot tub, sauna and cold water bath.
Early bird rate before 1st September £65
